Reference legal framework

Our deliverables rely on the OHADA Uniform Acts (notably AUDCG, AUSCGIE, AUDG) and on the case law of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA). Contractual clauses systematically incorporate guarantee mechanisms, penalties and termination windows aligned with validated local commercial practice.
