Identity

DOUZEROCINQ CONSEILS (French limited liability company SARL with share capital of €1,000, Paris RCS 845 170 042) is a strategic and operational advisory firm founded and led by Mark Hadrien EBENE MOUSSOLE. The firm operates across two distinct legal perimeters: the French Personal Services market (SAP, French regulated market) and the French‑speaking African markets (CEMAC, UEMOA, OHADA zones).

Mandate

We produce decision‑oriented deliverables with the analytical and editorial rigour expected from an external auditor. Every analysis can be presented to a board, an institutional investor, a group executive or a public administration — traced sources, quantified assumptions, explicit sensitivities.

Editorial independence

The firm is independent of any commercial interest on carbon and climate deliverables. The DZC‑PROT‑001 v1.1 recusal protocol frames the articulation with the KEYSAFE AFRICA group (of which the firm's Manager is also manager).

Engagement principles

The firm publishes no fee grid and does not accept every mandate presented to it. Intervention scope, accepted commissioning environments and declined mandates are set out in the engagement typology. Public positions that bind the firm — Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, OHADA and intangible assets, gracious mandates and right of reference use — are consolidated in the firm positions.

Every engagement is formalised by a numbered engagement letter of the form DC‑YYYY‑TYPE‑NNN, priced on a fixed-fee or capped time-and-materials basis, delivered in auditable form (traced sources, quantified assumptions, explicit sensitivities), and covered by strict confidentiality. Gracious engagements, without exception, include a dedicated article authorising the firm to mention the mandate as a reference — as explicit economic consideration for the absence of fees (see position § III).
